Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team at. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the company providing critical financial insight to support  decision-making, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of financial expertise, a proven track record in financial planning and analysis will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy to drive long-term growth, profitability, and sustainability. Lead and guide the financial team to ensure smooth operations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting Oversee the preparation and management of annual budgets, financial and long-term financial planning. Ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Investment Strategy Lead the analysis of investment opportunities and recommend strategies to maximize returns while mitigating financial risks. Monitor and manage the company’s investment portfolio.
• Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the finance department, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the fintech or technology sector is highly desirable.
• nowledge of international financial regulations is a plus.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
